The more detail you provide, the more precise and actionable your first quote will be. Here's what our team needs to give you a complete response.

Product Type

Medical examination, industrial, food-contact, or OEM/private label. If you're unsure, describe the end use and we'll recommend the right grade.

Quantity

Total pieces, boxes, or containers. Approximate is fine — we'll confirm the exact MOQ and pricing tiers in our reply. Standard MOQ is 1 × 20ft container.

Size Mix

XS / S / M / L / XL — and the ratio if you need a mixed container. If you don't know yet, we can suggest a standard distribution based on your market.

Color & Thickness

Standard colors: blue, black, white, purple, green, orange. Thickness in mil (3.5 mil standard exam, 6–8 mil industrial). Custom colors available for OEM orders.

Certification Requirements

Tell us your destination market and regulatory requirement — FDA 510(k) for the US, CE / EN 455 for Europe, ASTM D6319 for industrial. We'll confirm which certs apply and provide documentation.

Packaging & Branding

Standard: 100 pcs/box, 10 boxes/case. OEM packaging with your brand name, logo, and label design is available. Attach your artwork or describe your requirements in the message field.

Delivery Destination & Incoterms

Destination port or city, and preferred Incoterms (FOB Weifang is our default; CIF, DDP available on request). This lets us include accurate freight estimates in the first quote.
