Section 1

Product Quality Warranty

Weifang Glovemfg Medical Products Co., Ltd. warrants that all nitrile gloves manufactured and shipped from our facility meet the product specifications confirmed at the time of order, including applicable certification standards (ISO 9001:2015, CE, EN 455, ASTM D6319, FDA 510(k)) and the AQL 1.5 outgoing inspection standard applied to every production lot.

Material & Manufacturing Defects

Pinholes, tears, or structural failures present at the time of shipment and detectable under standard AQL sampling.

Specification Non-Conformance

Thickness, dimensions, or physical properties that fall outside the agreed product specification confirmed at order.

Certification Compliance

Products shipped under a specific certification (e.g., EN 455, ASTM D6319) that fail to meet the requirements of that standard at the time of shipment.

Warranty Period

12 months from date of shipment

Valid when products are stored under recommended conditions: cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, ozone sources, and chemical exposure; temperature 10–30°C, relative humidity below 65%.

Section 2

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The following are outside the scope of our warranty. Buyers should review these exclusions carefully before submitting a claim.

Improper Storage or Handling

Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or use after delivery is not covered under this warranty.

Shelf Life & Storage Degradation

Normal product degradation resulting from storage beyond the recommended shelf life or outside recommended conditions.

Use Outside Intended Application

Claims arising from use of the product outside its intended application or in conditions exceeding its rated performance — for example, using examination-grade gloves in chemical immersion applications.

Transit Damage After Handover

Damage caused during transit after the goods have been handed to the freight forwarder or carrier nominated by the buyer.

Minor Cosmetic Variations

Slight color variation between production lots or packaging print differences that do not affect product performance or certification compliance.

Claims Process

How to Submit a Quality Claim

If you receive a shipment that you believe does not conform to the agreed specification, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.

1

Order Reference

Include your order reference number and shipment date in all correspondence.

2

Defect Description

Be specific: which SKU, which cartons, and what failure mode. Vague descriptions delay resolution.

3

Photographic Evidence

Images of the affected product, packaging, and carton labels — including lot number — are required.

4

AQL Sampling Results

If you have conducted your own incoming inspection, include your AQL sampling results.

5

Quantity Affected

State the number of cartons and pieces involved so we can assess the scope of the claim accurately.

Acknowledgement

3 business days

We will acknowledge receipt of your claim within 3 business days of submission.

Written Assessment

10 business days

A written response with our full assessment is provided within 10 business days of receiving complete documentation.

For claims involving large quantities, we may request that a sample of the affected product be returned to our facility for laboratory analysis before a resolution is confirmed. Clear lot-number documentation on both sides resolves most disputes quickly — if you're not already recording lot numbers at goods receipt, it's worth building into your incoming inspection process.

Returns

Return Procedure

Returns are accepted only for confirmed warranty claims or shipments made in error on our part. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, over-ordering, or market demand changes on the buyer's side.

1

Obtain a Return Authorization Number

Do not ship goods back without a written Return Authorization (RA) number issued by glovemfg. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted at our facility.

2

Receive Shipping Instructions

Once a claim is approved, we will issue an RA number and provide return shipping instructions, including the designated receiving address and required documentation.

3

Freight Responsibility

Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is the result of a confirmed manufacturing defect or a shipment error on our part, in which case we will arrange or reimburse return freight at our discretion.

4

Original Packaging Required

Returned goods must be in their original packaging with lot numbers intact. Product that has been repackaged or relabeled cannot be assessed for warranty purposes.

Accepted Return Reasons

  • Confirmed warranty claim (manufacturing defect within coverage terms)
  • Shipment made in error on our part

Not Accepted

  • Change of mind
  • Over-ordering
  • Market demand changes on the buyer's side
  • Repackaged or relabeled product (cannot be assessed)

Unauthorized Returns

Any goods shipped back without a valid RA number will not be accepted at our facility. Always wait for written authorization before arranging return freight.

Remedies

For confirmed warranty claims, glovemfg will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion, taking into account the nature and scale of the defect:

Replacement Shipment

Replacement of the defective quantity in the next available production run.

Credit Note

A credit against future orders equivalent to the value of the confirmed defective quantity.

Partial Refund

Where replacement or credit is not practical, a partial refund proportional to the confirmed defective quantity.

We do not offer full order refunds for partial lot defects. Remedies apply only to the confirmed non-conforming quantity, not the full shipment.

Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap

glovemfg's liability under this warranty is limited to the value of the non-conforming goods as invoiced.

Excluded Losses

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from product defects, including:

  • Lost profits
  • Customer claims downstream of the buyer
  • Costs associated with product recall

Statutory rights: This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

Governing Terms

This warranty and return policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from warranty claims that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation will be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body in Weifang, Shandong, unless otherwise agreed in a signed purchase contract between the parties.

Where a formal purchase agreement or sales contract exists between glovemfg and the buyer, the terms of that contract take precedence over this general policy.
