Risk & Contingency

Delays & Force Majeure

We make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed ship dates. In the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — including port congestion, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events — we will notify you promptly and provide a revised estimated ship date. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from shipping delays outside our direct control.

Port Congestion

Delays caused by port congestion at origin or destination are outside our direct control. We monitor vessel schedules and will notify you of any impact to your shipment.

Carrier Disruptions

Carrier schedule changes, vessel diversions, or equipment shortages may affect confirmed ship dates. We will provide a revised estimated ship date as soon as information is available.

Force Majeure Events

Natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or other events beyond our control are covered under force majeure. Liability for consequential losses from such delays does not apply.

Proactive Notification Policy

When any delay event is identified, we contact the buyer promptly with a revised estimated ship date and updated documentation. We do not wait for buyers to follow up.
